To join the Online tournament you should follow the below procedure:

Step 1:

  • From your Laptop / Desktop Open the tournament website: https://www.hyderabadchess.com/   and click on the “Class Room” Button
  • Login with your “Username and Password” and Click on Tournaments Select your Tournament and Click on the “JOIN” Button:

Rules & Regulations: 
* Only schoolchildren are allowed to take part in this event.
* Last Date for Entry: 16th Feb 2024.
* The tournament will start at 10 AM IST on 18th Feb 2024.
* The tournament will be held in the Swiss league format.
* Time Control: 15 minutes + 3 seconds for each player.
* Players should play all the rounds whether they win or lose.
* Using the Chess Assistance/Chess Engines is prohibited, and we will check all the games.
* All the games will be monitored by HCS Anti-Cheating Engines, HCS Fair Play Committee and Organizers during the tournament.
* If the players are found guilty,  they will be blocked automatically by HCS.
* Please don’t chat in HCS chatbox and keep muted all the time. If anyone texts anything in Chatbox their ID will be blocked for the tournament automatically without any notice.
* During the games don’t leave the HCS App/Website and don’t open any window.
