Tournament Categories:

  1. Under 15 Boys Chess Tournament  – The players born on and after 1st Jan 2009 can participate in this event.
  2. Under 15 Girls Chess Tournament – The players born on and after 1st Jan 2009 can participate in this event.

 

Rules & Regulations:

  • Only 64 Entries will be allowed to take part in this event on a first come first basis. (The first 64 players those who registered in Google form)
  • The Player should compulsory participate once the Registration is conformed.
  • If the Players is not attending the Tournament, then at least one day before he or she should give the information to the organizers , if not player HCS id will be blocked and the player will not entertained in any HCS Tournaments.
  • Players should report at the venue by 8:30 AM IST on 28th Jan 2024.
  • The tournament will be held in the Swiss league with the latest tiebreakers.
  • Time Control of Each Round  30 Mints +10 Sec Time Control (we may increase or decrease depends up on the position).
  • Players should bring their lunchbox. 
  • Players should bring Date of Birth Certificate.
  • All Players can play all the rounds whether they win or lose.
  • Prize Distribution will be on same day at ~ 5 PM +/-.
  • All Participants will get the Participant Certificates  and winners will get Prizes.
